Is this just a basic lead generation workshop?

Lead generation is where it starts, but it is not what the workshop is about. The workshop covers why paid ads produce inconsistent results and how to build a system that fixes that: targeting, sales conversion, unit economics, and tracking. If you are already running paid ads, you will find this directly relevant to where you are right now.

I am already running paid ads. Is this too simple for me?

This is built for founders who are actively spending on paid ads and getting results that go up and down. If you already have a consistent, predictable acquisition system, this session will not add much. If the results are there sometimes and not others, and you want to build something that works every month, this is exactly what the session covers.

I have been to workshops before and nothing changed. Why is this different?

Most workshops give you information. This one gives you a built system based on your actual business reality. You work through your own business in the room. The output you take home is specific to your situation.

What if I cannot make it on the day?
